I'll agree with a 5.2 here,it is a good street shot with action and a sense of purpose, unfortunately it has the eyes closed in both subjects and the back ground is over exposed, that can happen with the changing light that constantly occurs with street photography captures. pre setting for the back ground can be a way to eliminate that. I'll agree with your prediction 5.34 here and although I'm a fan of the higher contrast light, I believe the voters here will say its blown out, and I personally feel that it is a little too grainy for my taste. it is a unique composition with a very contemplative feel to it.
