US Opposes EU Open Skies Treatyby ManicComment: This one might be better if we could see a bit more of the aircraft. I realize that the open sky is the subject of your photo, but for me open sky is a bit boring. I think you might be able to crop in a little and still convey the idea of open sky while making the shot a bit more interesting. Greg |

Picket Line!by catpixelComment: I think this one would be better if you pointed the camera up a little higher to eliminate all that ground on the bottom. It also feels a bit uncomfortable to me because their heads are so close to the top of the frame. Greg |

21 Years in Lafayette Parkby iraeComment: Good capture here. My only suggestion on this one would be to crop out a little bit of the ground in the foreground. Greg |

Leonid Morning Moonsetby LindaLeeComment: This looks pretty similar to my efforts at photographing the meteor storm. I didn’t catch a single one bit I got a lot of cool pictures similar to this one. My only suggestion would be to include a little more sky. Greg |

Out of the Ashesby PtmanComment: I couldn’t tell at first that the trees were all burnt up and didn’t get the picture until I read the title and had a second look. It is a nice picture, I just wish the burnt areas stood out more. Greg |

Flowerby Title9Comment: I can only guess that you intended for the picture to be this grainy/noisy. I find myself wondering what front page this one would make. I wish I could see more detail in the center of the flower. Greg |

photo OF journalismby SlimharpoComment: I think this shot would be a lot better if that background was cut out. Maybe if you took it from a higher angle it would eliminate this. Maybe if you opened the aperture a little more so you could blur it out. Also it might look a little sharper in the foreground if you upped the contrast some. Greg |
