Springtimeby RemieComment: Very cute, even looks like the lamb is smiling. The negative space is ok, but I wonder how a closer crop on the lamb would look. |

Free Rangeby crabappl3Comment: Beautiful framing. I like the negative space. That combined with the environment gives good meaning to your title. Nice work |

Deep Underby 'PongComment: Aquarium shots are very tough. The only way I was able to get decent shots at a place like this was with 800 ISO (froze the motion, but lots of noise). Not sure what you used here, but it works. I like the overall darkness of this shot, and you managed to get good focus and a fast enough shutter speed on the shark. - 9 - Mav |

Pygmy Hedgehogby magnusComment: Good use of soft focus, I'd prefer more lighting on the hedgehog, but I really doubt that was possible = ) Nice shot |

Bird o Logby jgillardComment: I really like the framing of this, just wish he wasn't the same color as the background. Nice job - 7 - Mav |

Nevada Desertby picsoComment: Beautiful landscape. I don't see the connection to fauna though....if it is there, it is well hidden. |

Morning Swanby sselmanComment: Sepia is a nice choice for this (I'll bet you hear the opposite too though = )
Nice framing as well. |

calmsetby abbi2bComment: This is a really nice photo. I like how the bird, while small, is still the center of this image. It really shows the bird in its natural habitat. The horizon is tilted, unfortunately. I'm hoping the date imprinting was accidental, it is really out of place here. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt = ) - 8 - Mav |

Baby bee taking offby HoogieComment: Outstanding. The only suggestion I would offer is to crop the red flower on the left out. With the subject placement though, your cropping probably works better. |
