Gretzkys and Stojkos in the Making?by flip89Comment: Can't say I've heard of any player named Stojko, and I'd recognize a lot of hockey player names - is he/she a figure skater? I like the idea here, but the picture does seem a bit busy. To me there is too much motion blur. |

Break! by wingyComment: Wow. I haven't seen a pool shot done this way before. It looks great = ) Only suggestion I have is to include the corners of the table in the foreground. Nice job |

Come On, Strike!?!by PDavisComment: Not a bad idea, but I think it could be done better. I would have tried to keep the gutter out of the frame (no pun intended). To me, it looks like digital zoom was used. It lends to the grainy appearance. Finally, if you had captured the ball making an impact on the pins, sending them in the air, in different directions, etc, the picture would better embody the "action" description. |

Fluid Dynamicsby jjbeguinComment: I recently completed a college course of the same name. Needless to say, I like your picture much more than I liked the course = P I think this is a very well done image. It has a lasting quality to it and invokes the viewer to look all around the composition. Please elaborate on how this was done after the challenge. -10- |

Ready...Aim...Fireby ShannonComment: This is a good idea, and excellent timing on your part. You might want to get a better camera though...the compression and artifacts really detract from this. Great take on the challenge though |

1 on 1by spectre013Comment: Lol, it would seem that two people were at the same game = P
Nice shot, but it would be nice to see the puck, I can't tell if it is behind the stick or already in the goalie's glove. A faster shutter speed might have frozen hte action a little more too (the player is a little blurry). |

"Hockey in Motion"by fredrojComment: Great shot! I got a few at a recent Pittsburgh Penguins game, but sitting in peanut heaven didn't really help my attempts. Nice job at freezing the player |

A sunday on the lakeby Bela45Comment: This looks heavily manipulated to me. While the editing is unrestricted, it results in an image that isn't believable. |
