Grand Old Mansionby sfaliceComment: Neat place, makes you wonder why they had to screw it up for us by planting a light post right in front of it. :) |

Old and Newby CitadelComment: Interesting how the newer, taller building commands less presence in this photo. |

On the Stairsby orianaComment: Wow, neat capture! I can't decide if I like the woman's uneasy stance on the steps ... someone walking down more gracefully would have looked nice, but at the same time this woman accentuates the precarious feeling of so many half-height steps. |

Victorian Terraceby QuasimojoComment: Nice mood set in this photo. I'll be interested to see what lens it was shot with, since it has very little distortion at the bottom side but a lot up top. |

Untitledby emerygirl25Comment: This picture looks like it was enlarged from something half the size (heavily pixelated), out of focus, plus the Light is washed out against the blown sky. Portland Head Light is otherwise very photogenic... |

Light in Winchesterby mimidComment: Just saw a similar picture without the stained glass ... it was squared up better than this one (though this isn't too bad). Would have liked to see more color from the stained glass, it's kind of uninteresting here. |

1615 Architectureby NigelComment: Great B&W tones. I would have liked to see the tall corner dead-centered like the horizon is, or else over at 1/3, but "just off center" bothers me for some reason in this case. |
