Through a window at 8:42PMby mattforbesComment: Luminescent Gold! That's some fine Gold there! :)
However, maybe a camera crop (i.e. second tighter shot) above & below the wall hanging while losing the door & keeping the darker area & golden highlights in higher resolution would most likely have helped your scores. (Just a little friendly advice learned through the harsh reality of my own low scores earned at DPC.) |

Remember Whenby ltlmschrisssComment: Any back story on the markings above "In God We Trust"? It appears to be "1960" or "196C" & "1980". This, of course, makes a potential of three dates on the same coin which is a bit confusing, but certainly not your fault!
"In God We Trust" is a great reminder every time I read it in print. However, the fact that it is such an innocuous statement of faith that I am truly amazed when someone is offended by it. When you think about it, every human has a god, even an atheist.
God is truly the highest value in a human heart, and the purpose for which every individual finds meaning & defines a successful life. Most would consider God quite ethereal. However, I would humbly submit that the atheist's god is quite corporeal. (Just a thought!) :) |

The Golden Eskimoby Ragga2000Comment: "Honey, there was a blizzard last night! So, if you would be kind enough to chip me out of this snowbank, I will be more than happy to lose my 'frigid' reputation! Care to...warm...me...up?" ROFL!!!!
I'm taking a chance that you have a good sense of humor because this is a very fine rendering of golden skin tones. However, the disembodied head appears a little humorous to me. :) |

GOLD !by coolblueComment: Hit the Mother Lode, did we? Impressive!!!! As a personal preference, the high yellow areas are a bit HOT & somewhat "cartoonish." I'm thinking that magic wand tool on a hot yellow + similar to collect all these areas + tone down the brightness would have made the photo a little more realistic & attractive to me. (This was in a museum under glass, right?) |

Nateby barndogComment: You win the Parent's Heart Award!!!!!!! Even without the accents of yellow shirt & blond hair, his blues eyes & great expression are still PURE GOLD!!! You are Most Blessed! Of course, I am quite sure you have been aware of this fact for the length of his life already...without me saying so. PURE JOY!!! :) |
