The Great Outdoors (TGO)by Geo_GriffinComment: Yup... I could definitely see this as the front cover, although I would have liked the guy in action rather than just standing there looking at the camera. As it is, it's almost just a snapshot... I think it would have been cool to see him climbing the mountain or something. |

Crafts 'n Things: Soapmakingby qachykComment: The white in this image is almost blinding... I'm not sure why it is, but there seems to be like a halo around the white.... This is interesting... did you actually make these soaps? Thats fun :-) This picture could be the front if you played around with your lighting and stuff a little more... it doesn't look extremely professional right now. |

Parents Magazineby chelseayankieComment: This is cute... I would have liked to have seen it bigger though. There is almost too much light on this photo coming in from the bottom left... and the baby is looking at you like... what are you doing! I'm guessing thats some kind of a slide? I could definitely see a form of this photo as the front cover... it's cute. |

Ranger Rickby vtruanComment: I used to love this magazine! This is a great photo for it... The DoF could have been slightly different so you had the whole bird in focus, but thats not imperitive. Was this taken at a zoo? I like how you left space at the top for type. This isn't a WOW photo, but it's still good, one of the better shots for the challenge. |

Bicycling Magazineby pedroviegasComment: Wow now thats a lot of bikes! Interesting, not sure if it's more a snapshot then really a professional photo for a magazine though. I like the fact you have space at the top for type, though I think getting down and filling the frame with bikes and leaving it so you could have the type over that might have been more effectual for this shot. That's just my opinion though. |

National Wildlifeby amandolinComment: Nothing really looks completely in focus here. It's kind of bothersome and out of focus. Interesting, and I like the fact you left room at the top for type, but I'm just not sure the photo is fabulous. Very nice job getting so close though! |

"Mountain Living"by jimsappComment: Very nice... really works for that magazine, with plenty of space for type. I like it... it's not a wow photo, but it works. Not much to say here except that I think it fits... but it's a little far off for a magazine... I think getting below the house would have been nice, and shooting up with the mountains towering over it could have been really cool. That's just my opinion though. |

Utah Outdoorsby YomiComment: Personally I do not consider magazines to be in a horizontal shape... thats just me though. Beautiful waterfall though! Not sure where you would put the type. As a photo its very nice, but as a magazine cover, it just doesn't fit IMHO. Sorry. |

Highlights for Children - 4th of July Issueby rj324Comment: Nice, though isn't Highlights usually a drawn cover? I don't think it usually has photos on it does it? I like this photo, could definitely see it on the front of a cover. i don't like the border though, I don't think it helps, and I'm not sure many magazines have a border. Nice night photo though... I think it's definitely well done. |

National Geographic (Holland Edition)by KINGComment: Very nice... I'm not sure I would have put this as National Geographic... but maybe. I think it would have been nice to have the bee just slightly more in focus. Very well done though... could definitely be a magazine cover, if not NG then maybe something else. very pretty, hope you didn't get stung! |
