I don't think this is a very effective picture in black and white. Especially since you are supposed to be evoking the color... and besides them being blueberries... I don't really think blue. When I first saw this picture without the title I almost thought olives.

Silly Putty! I love this stuff... boy, you certainly got a lot of blue in this picture...I think it would have been better if you would have gotten closer to the subject, and put it offcenter. Also I think it was a little bit of overkill to put it on a blue rug. Maybe you could have tried for a different angle, not just a straight on shot. Keep trying!

Not even partly sure what I'm seeing here... and there are a lot of hot spots which are bothersome. I like the different blues, but I feel they could have been photographed differently for a more effective picture.
