To answer the comments that this had...I actually made it grainy on purpose. Also, since my focus was the track (the bright portion in front of the runners) I was less concerned with their focus since when I was taking the picture I was trying to capture the transient nature of the runners on a constant road. In any case, thanks for the comments.

Great shot...I love the reflections. The birds are pretty dark and so have lost some detail..shadow recovery might help but still very nice.
