Orange does not need to be dominant for me in this challenge, but I really think it should be significant in some way, shape or form. I just don't see how this fits the challenge theme very well.

This is an interesting use of a PS filter, but I can't really imagine a watercolor painting of a bird that deliberately left in a fence in the background, or at least not one that made the cover of a magazine. This photo may have stood alone as a regular photo for a bird magazine perhaps, with a careful cloning out of the fence. The setting is good.
