Beautiful picture, great perspective. I'm not sure how you meant to interpert motion with this shot. If you wanted to use a fast shutter to freeze motion, then it wasn't fast enough, or the water was to far away to really show it. If you were trying to use a slower shutter speed to 'blur' the motion then your exposure was too fast.

I would guess from the title you used a 2 second exposure for this picture, but the object of the challenge was to express motion through contorl of shutter speed, and I just don't see any in your entry.

This picture is so good I can hear the music. You can feel the intensity and the tonality compliments the true nature of the blues. The only negative is I can't understand how shutter speed is a intergral part of message.
