 Chute D'eau = French for Waterfall
Shot on the way back from a road trip to see XC Confrence in Salem, OR. Hopefully the shutter speed is slow enough for people to think that it meets the challenge.
Wish I could edit out the tow people on the left. Ah well.

I love the people in it (they give the size perspective), but I would really like to see the top and the bottom of the falls.

Beautiful picture, great perspective. I'm not sure how you meant to interpert motion with this shot. If you wanted to use a fast shutter to freeze motion, then it wasn't fast enough, or the water was to far away to really show it. If you were trying to use a slower shutter speed to 'blur' the motion then your exposure was too fast.
