An interesting photo. It easily meets the challenge. The bottom half of the photo is a little too busy for my tastes. I like the colors and the DOF. Overall, a good photo an should finish in the top 40% IMO. Good luck.

Definately meets the challenge. Kinda has a snapshot feel to it IMO. Perhaps if the lighting came from the either left or right side, the shadowing effect would make the photo appear more dramatic.

IMO, the longer one looks at this photo, the more one appreciates it. At first, it looks like a wilting flower. In just a short time, you can see how easily the photo meets the challenge. The lighting is terrific in the way it seems to highlight the twisting petals. This is a great photo and I hope it does well.

This is a good scene and the photo meets the intent of the challenge. The photo does have some straight lines in it. The voting trolls may take issue with that. Hopefully, they're taking some time off. :-)

An excellent photo on so many levels!! I can't see anything wrong with this photo. I can see everything that is right though. It meets the challenge without any debate. The sepia color and the slight grain together is nothhing but pure art. Personally, I will be disappointed if this doesn't get a ribbon. Congrats and good luck!
