Thank you for your comments, but I think I need to clarify a few issues:

1) These are the instruments of a car. I am surprised that so many people thought I was both driving AND taking the shoot. Nope, I was the co-driver.

2) This shot was NOT made specifically for this challenge. We had to catch a flight, and we were 300km away from the airport 4 hours before departure, so we drove as fast as we could. Of course we couldn't drive like this the whole journey (we were at about 100-120km/h most of the time) BUT there was this straight segment of the road, slightly sloped down, about 10 km straight, with NO traffic and very good visibility. So we just wanted to see how fast can this car could go (Ford Focus 1.6).

The image is very soft, out of focus probably. I think I can see some noise in the white areas too.

There is some noise due to the high ISO probably. Also, the hand is just a little blurred. I would prefer it if it was either sharp (probably difficult) or more blurred, in order for the motion effect to be more dramatic.

I think it is too dark, I can hardly see any detail. The idea is nice though, perhaps with a different lighting it would be much better.
