The capture is nice in timing and colors. But in reality its OoF to the point it wouldnt be in the keeper bin in my shots. The eyes arent sharp, the nose isnt sharp. I dont see a focus point in the shot at all.

No vote just leaving a comment I have stared, I have thought, I have wondered. I can see the connection to the challenge in a metaphoric kind of way. But I have to wonder how the voters will respond. I like the shot very cool, very clean, but its subjective if it meets the challenge and to me it doesnt. The challenge is pretty clear, take a photo where bird or birds is your main subject.

This is totally opposite of what I would normally say in my comments, but I wish you had backed off a bit and get the full reflection of the bird in the shot. As is its a nice shot, but I wonder what it would have looked like with the full reflection.
