Wide angle works well here, and probably is the only possible way to get this shot. A bit of crop off the top to remove some space and your set.

They are at second base, the runner is calling himself safe, the fielder showing the umpire he has the ball after making the tag.

And yes a cut line under would have told you that. It's a bit tight, but that happens when shooting with a 400MM with a 1.4X teleconverter on it!

I like the colors, and the focus with attention to details. I've seen extreme crops from these cameras and I'd dare to bet you could crop way in on those stamen!
