Shapesby eyeronikComment: Sorry, but your depth of field is so narrow that only a fraction of the image is in focus. Try shooting with a smaller aperture (larger number f-stop) to widen the focal range. |

my favorite shapeby jossyComment: These are great holiday candies!
But the concept of shape is overwhelmed by all the colours and all the textures of the wrappers. Perhaps if you had isolated the one in the purple wrapper against a plain background, the shape of the object would be stronger.
Also, the image is so small that it's hard to see the details... you can post images up to 640 pixels on the larger dimension. |

Viola!by rebs138Comment: There's a problem here with camera shake.
Perhaps you could use a shorter exposure time, or a tripod.
A remote shutter-release controller will avoid camera movement during the exposure, too. |

Stars of Texasby Kristen08Comment: With the lettering and the star, the cattle head and the maps of Texas, it's hard to pick out which is the shape to concentrate on. Also, the image is smaller than it needs to be - up to 640 pixels on the larger dimension is allowed. |

CDustby boricua_eyeComment: Nice idea for a shapes challenge, but the image is too small to be viewed adequately, and you lose impact because of it.
You can post images up to 640 pixels on the larger dimension. |

Petalsby jkyosefComment: Too bad that this image is blurry. It's a great image of a rose, and would have demonstrated the delicacy of the petals if the focus was tight and the shutter speed fast enough to avoid camera shake. |

you are beautifulby brandnewComment: Unfortunately this image is out of focus. The colours look good together, and I love the texture of quilts. Sorry! |

A Quiet Friendby bjallenComment: Too bad that this image is so small, you missed the opportunity to show how "delicate" the relationship is between the girl and the horse. A larger image -up to 640 pixels on one side- would allow you to show a lot more detail. |

curvedby gocComment: Sorry, I don't see the reflection in this image, unless it's the colours at the top. Great symmetrical arrangement of the curves, though! |
