Like the photo very much, but tend to agree with your assessment of it. Unfortunatly, you seem to want to try to actually fulfill the challenge too, lol, and that can cost us some points, just look how well some PLAYTHINGS did in the PLAYTIME challenge. Who is to know what the general populance will vote high?

Great capture, think it would have been a much better "candid" than playtime!

That vase has been mentioned a couple of times, it is a Tiffin Glass Satin Finished black glass vase with Rockwell Sterling overlay. One of our favorite black glass pieces, we have over 100. Chose the satin finish as has almost no reflective problems, as most other glass does. Easy to use even a flash and get no bad spots with it!! Small tip that does work! LOL

I skipped voting on this one, sorry, though it is technically very nicely done, I did NOT like it. So, as I refuse to give a good image that meets the challenge a low score, I just skip them, wish others would do the same, btw!! Anyway, FIRST thing I thought of when this photo came up during voting was "E T ripoff", understand that it very well may not be, but that is all I saw in it. I am sorry that I do not like it, but..... people are different. AND, I do say, it is WELL done!

First, so as not to cow tow to you, this could have been an udder disaster, but you horned in and milked it for all it was worth! Now hope you do not get de-fence-ive, but you must weed through all the comments and squeeze out the good ones!

Actually, I really think you did a good job on this, missed a couple small white spots on cow, but that may be natural??? LOL. May trying to crop the photo different, getting the cow on maybe the lower left third line? Think that may give it a bit more pizazz, this is of course, MY OPINION< only.. LOL

Think most has been said, only thing I could think of to try is along the lines of what eschelar said, but I would TRY to make the rose to "O" in S T R (Rose) N G, not sure if it could be done, but maybe if done well, would have increased your score a lot. My opinion, we understand! LOL
