Villa Capris Motelby JeffryZComment: I think the reason it places lower is lack of color to catch the eye. I shot it for the neon colors but decided it looked really cool in black an white- sort of a film noir look. Thanks for the encouraging comments! |

Del_4779.jpgby JeffryZComment: Shot in RAW and exposed for the sky which left the skater and rink underexposed. To lighten the foreground I used a graduated filter in Photoshop Camera Raw (first attempt at doing that- worked pretty well I think). Some vignet added.
Nikon D80 and Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 lens at 16mm
1/800 sec at f/3.5 and ISO 100. |
