I really like your subject matter. It would have been better larger, with the horizon levelled, and with a little more contrast. Maybe shot on a clearer day later/earlier in the day.

This image has a severe colour cast/haze problem. Normally this can be fixed easily in PS or similar using levels. In most cases Auto Levels will do the job depending on how good the original image data is/how well it is exposed. If you open this up in PhotoShop and go into levels, you'll notice that there is empty space on the left side of the histogram. By simply moving the slider to the right to meet the lower slope of the "hill" you can take out the colour cast - it works, I tried it. :)
