Bursting Outby dphillipsComment: Not sure which element in the shot or post-processing has caused this but there's an annoying halo effect very evident. Could be a combination of the strong light from the flash and over zealous sharpening later on maybe. The untidy crop on the top is poor too. |

Judicial Branch - U.S. Supreme Courtby modurnComment: A strong composition and I like the relief from the theme of tree branches. To be a truly great shot however, I'd like to see outtakes of several versions at different times of the day. The direction of the light at the moment doesn't sculpt the form as strongly as it could considering how strong the light is. |
