This is a very interesting picture and the idea is great. I like all the colors here, they really set the stage and the ripples in the water are a nice touch. I think the crop and title are perfect. The problems I do see are the focus on the subject. Its a bit off. The water has a bit of a blur to it but not enough to create the impact of setting off your subject. If it was sharper or more blurred I think would be better. The lighting is good and creates a nice effect on the water. I like how the neck leads my eyes to the face of your subject. Well done there with the rule of thirds.
