For me, this seems overly sharpened or overly processed where it reminds me more of a 1960s psychedelic illustration rather than a photo. Not quite my thing as far as the photoshop work goes, but that's just my taste.

It took my eyes a few seconds to even notice the woman. Interesting angle - as if she's being watched or stalked. I also like the use of black & white.

Your title made me laugh. Never thought about goats (or any other animal) having an imagination, don't see why not though. As for your image, I wish the goat were a bit more to the right (not dead center though). He looks like he's a step away from walking out of your photo. I do like the contrast of the green grass & dandelions.

For me, the colors seem a bit off - his skin is on the yellow side and the macaroni looks almost day-glow. I do like his expression and the blue background however.
