Very cool. Nice zoom effect. To bad you had to go through the verification. The one down side to dgital photography is that nobody believes the in-camera effects anymore. I experience this on my very first challenge. Overall, a very good photo and unique in presentation.

Cool idea. The focus is just too soft. Did you use a tripod? If so, perhaps your processing is introducing some softness to the image?

Your subject, IMO, is obscured by the background. Perhaps a lower angle would have given more visual weight to the cactus.
