Young Loveby jjhoustonComment: It's a nice moment, and I like the look in B&W. There are some unusual lines in sky, not to mention the white lines along the side. Also, the horizon line of the water is very slanted. |

Shyby ergoComment: A nice photo indeed. Wonderful little moment captured. I really like the partial framing on the left side and the overall composition. I find the red bows to be a bit distracting, but that's probably just me. Also, the nose looks a little overexposed. JMO |

Thanks for the comment ... I may give that a try someday, but for this challenge, I would expect I wouldn't have finished with a 6+ if everything was in focus, considering the assignment was a SHALLOW DOF. |

Mother Nature's Cool Whipby peanutbutterguitarComment: While this photo does display a shallow DOF, the image quality, IMO, needs some work. There is a lot of noise present in the image and for me, that noise is making it look like the berries are out of focus. |
