Nice! Closer up would be great too, but I can see why you chose this distance from which to shoot; the curving lines in that sofa add such a nice flow to the image. And I do like the posed yet natural feel to this.

You can just tell how proud Abby is here, Sandy. This photo will be a treasure to her as she gets older, especially if she develops a real love for riding. Tessa's passion is horseback riding, and she proudly displays a photo in her room of her very first pony ride at age 2 1/2. This is beautiful!

Day 12 - Sophie

Really nice shot! Sophie is just the cutest thing, with the most expressive ears I've ever seen on a dog. My only suggestion to improve this would be to either burn or clone out the lighter diagonal elements that appear to the upper right and the lower left of her head. They tend to distract focus away from her face a bit. You can just tell by looking at this shot how full of energy she is. :)

Oh, the annual easter egg hunt...my kids are a bit older, but still enjoy it too. This is very cute and the colors are nice and vibrant to go along with the fun-filled event. It looks like the image is perhaps a bit oversharpened though. :)
