Fall Mixby JutildaComment: HA HA! There's that overlay again! I never would have guessed...I thought that it was a very fine spider's web on the branches. Love the light glowing through the autumn colors. |

After-the-rain.jpgby jandpComment: The dark background really showcases the vibrant beauty of the flower. Light looks great, with the entire image well defined. |

Day 18a redo by WriteHeartComment: Nice job! The contrast provided by the darker background really makes your subject stand out more. They sure do have big ears, don't they?! Message edited by author 2007-10-19 09:12:10. |

Tableby AliciaComment: Yes, a P&S definitely has it's advantages over a honking big dSLR when you're trying to be stealthy. I find it so funny sometimes when I think I'm taking a completely candid shot in a crowd, and I notice later some of the glaring expressions that I've captured. Nice job working in these lighting conditions. I like the reflected glow off the table. |

My backyardby cogeroxComment: Lucky you to have this as a backyard! You know, I'm amazed at how often I see beautiful landscapes or seascapes hanging in galleries that totally ignore the rule of thirds, and in fact wouldn't work nearly as well if that "rule" were followed. I say it's always best to go with your artistic instincts. Nice job on this! |

Shorebirdby GermaineComment: Very nice in B&W. The diagonal of the waterline adds to the composition. |

Day-17.jpgby KenComment: Great atmospheric light on this one. I love all of the little colored balls of light hanging down. Wish we could see all of Mr. B's face through the window, but still quite a nice shot! |

Day 17 Back Flipby thomaspeopleComment: Yes, get him to do this again...maybe outside. The chairs do distract from the shot, but I love the exuberance captured, and how the action ties in with the message of Rebirth on the banner. |
