Juneby danitarComment: The background was actually created by a creative aperture with the Lensbaby, so that was done in camera. The only editing was curves for contrast, a little brightening and such etc. All editing was done in Lightroom for this image. I love how this particular aperture does create what looks like overlays done in Photoshop. It does, however, have a very shallow depth of field when used with a close-up filter.

Trashing the Dressby RistyzComment: This is absolutely gorgeous!!! I love it, the foreground out of focus doesn't bother me at all it lends to the feel and treatment for me. I love that the water is splashing so high all up around her. I know the model, great gal and photographer also! I heard about her getting on this new horse and taking off into the surf, what a horsewoman and trust from this big equine! This is an amazing beach to shoot at also. The lighting can be tricky to say the least.

Cobra Charmerby TOYComment: It sends chills up my spine to see models like this. You are so very lucky to have models who are TRUE models. Those who truly understand what together you can get out of there bodies on film. AMAZING!
Your lighting and technique are spot on perfect for this type of shot.
Congratulations!

Angel Flew Too Close To The Groundby ColeyComment: Oh my! There are so many things happening in this photo. This makes me think Hell's Angel with the black and the boots! I too, love the broken branch and the composition. Although I am too late to vote, I give it a 10! |
