The Roads of Marsby RulerZigzagComment: So while trying to figure out how this photo was taken, well I couldn't. Sure there's the simple slowing down of the shutter which causes light streaks, but the direction of the vehicle and the position of the light streak puts a twist to that. Then I thought, well maybe fog, but the amber shade in the sky and the exposure lends to a slower shutter speed and with the vehicle being in motion, that wouldn't make sense. Then I thought, it's probably a combination of fog with a stationary vehicle and slow shutter speed.
Nonetheless, great lighting and clever control of the environment, high points from me for making me think on this one. |

Take the long way homeby OdedComment: I can only imagine the patience that went into posing these critters... good angle on the lighting also to emphasize the sense of depth. |

Yellowstone Fallsby akioeComment: This is a really good example of how using an extreme slow shutter speed creates that really interesting look of movement on water. |

Zooming to nowhereby darnoldComment: Love the selective lighting in this photo and ironically reminds me of that one movie, Cars. |
