The only street lamp that was lit was a small fire alarm light on a telephone pole. The lamp looked detached from the pole here so I figured it would play the role of our sun in the distant Mars sky which always appears reddish in NASA'S images.

Man that is some cool play with light temperatures, underrated in one sense as I would have score it high, but kudos for doing so well with such an abstract image.

Well done. The sky colors are great and the lights of the vehicles!

Of this genre, yours is the best in the challenge by far. I like the colours and the implied speed. 8.

I like how the lights are heading into the red, I think you stopped the exposure at a great time.

So while trying to figure out how this photo was taken, well I couldn't. Sure there's the simple slowing down of the shutter which causes light streaks, but the direction of the vehicle and the position of the light streak puts a twist to that. Then I thought, well maybe fog, but the amber shade in the sky and the exposure lends to a slower shutter speed and with the vehicle being in motion, that wouldn't make sense. Then I thought, it's probably a combination of fog with a stationary vehicle and slow shutter speed.

Nonetheless, great lighting and clever control of the environment, high points from me for making me think on this one.
