More beautiful with each passing yearby cogeroxComment: Wow...the sky is amazing (polarizers are you're friend). Personally I'd like to see less density (more detail) on the building. That said, with strong lighting like this, I know that's really hard to manage.
Still an excellent shot. |

Lostby BrinComment: By devoting so much of your image to the space behind the building, you've done a great job of giving a sense of loneliness to your shot. Well done. |

House of Thornsby pillikcamComment: This is an interesting shot but the colors, particularly the greens, look oversaturated to me. Desaturating the greens would make this a very interesting shot. |

Auld Lean Syneby IvoComment: This is a striking image but the barn looks like the aspect ratio has been changed. I'm not sure if it's just an "illusion" or if the image's aspect ration has been altered. The rest of this image is really interesting. |

Yellow Celebrationby antjeComment: You've done a great job of making an interesting still life and using the blue background to really set off the yellow works well. I think the yellow is a bit to saturated, IMHO, as well as being almost uniform in shade. Still, a nice shot. |

The Duke of Wellingtonby gfiedComment: I really like the way you've managed to isolate the building from the sky in the background. It seems a bit dark to me however. |

Broken Reflectionsby bjoernComment: This is a nice idea but the branches in the foreground are, to me anyway, very distracting. |

Past by StructorComment: This is truly a spectacular shot. While not having symmetry, you've done a great job of balancing the elements drawing attention to your subject. |

Barn Seen Better Daysby tfarrell23Comment: I really like your shot. In particular I like your choice to "sepiaize" the sky. With a lack of clouds, adding a subtle color is a brilliant idea to add your own interest to an otherwise bland sky. A nice side benifit is that it really sets off your subject.
Nicely done! |
