Technically speaking, the whites are a bit hot and the focus is soft, making the mood of the shot. I don't think the framing was necessary for such a tight crop.

I took a bunch of shots of my new nephew and felt like I was looking up his nose in every shot....this looks like one of mine! LOL!

I'm not sure but I am guessing this is a daughter/mother profile close up? Neither are very feminine looking because of the tight crop, IMO.
