Nice plane, and very good composition. The only thing I don't like is that particular shade of blue, but that's my problem. The background texture along the bottom is great. I'd like to see more of it in the rest of the image.

Hey, I know that guy! What are the spots of light below? Could also use some diffused fill light to just lightly touch the shadow areas and reduce the harsh contrasts, and show some more shadow detail.

Nice DOF and a good crisp shot. I'm glad you've left the colour in, where others have similar entries in full BW. It's still not really a world inspiring image, but you've done the concept reasonably well.
