Ah, someone is getting a good run for their costume, in here, and in the free study. :) This image looks like it's had very strong noise reduction, and sections of the skin are very unnaturally smoothed. The tone-mapping works well, but perhaps a touch overdone here.

BW loses it's impact if there is too much detail. Sometimes it helps to leave a little colour in, or recompose to include blocks of light and dark colour.

There's a lot of clutter that could be cut out to fit the challenge better, and the reflection in the window is a little distracting. Nice colours and sharp image though.
