These colors are way over saturated so almost all detail is lost. I'm looking at a red silhouette. It's kind of weird. I can't see a whold lot of focus anywhere in the photo. |

If I could say one thing about the technical aspect of the photo, I would have tried to use something to get the camera at a higher angle to decrease or completely eliminate the converging lines or done it during post processing. |

Great work on this photo. This is the best high contrast photo I've seen yet. Not quite blown out highlights, and dark shadows with some detail still. And excellent focus and composition and good use of DOF also. |

My idea of high contrast would be everything up to, but not including, silhouettes. In addition to that, there is a lot of noise int he sky that I would have used neat image or some other noise removal tool to reduce, and the color transition in the sky needs some work. I assume that is due to the JPEG conversion. As for the clouds/smokestacks/smoke, great job! |

The lake is too big. Nice job on the idea. The dark rocks in foreground, lake, and then the IR trees in the background. But there is just too much lake so the background trees lose the impact they should have because they are so far off. |

This is a great idea, but it lookds a little too photoshopped. The contrast is too much, and there is a lot of grain in the photo also. I would've also tilted the photo a little to the left, as the soldier looks like he is falling over a bit. |

Nice action shot. I would love to have a lens to get such a shot. There is one major distracting element in the shot. It is a large white spot ont he goalie. I'm sure it is probably supposed to be there, and not dust, but I would've removed it still. |
