I really like this. It is a very moving photo. Wouldn't change much except maybe get rid of the wire at the top left.

I think this shot could have been very effective with a little more light. Then there would have been good contrast between the white and the shadow. But everything just sort of looks gray as it is.

Sorry, but the only thing this picture does for me is scare me! Big undefinable animal (if not for your title) getting into some really wicked looking garbage....Yeow! So I guess if the gross garbage got to me, then you succeeded there, but I think if you had taken the picture from a different angle, perhaps showing more of the cat's face it would look less like a snapshot!

I like this. The angle of the wall is great. It gives depth to the picture and leads the eye all the way down the alley.

Well, it's definitely garbage. And real garbage, at that ---nothing staged or set up here! The overall yellow cast from the can is not very pleasant. I think better lighting or flash may have given this trash better appeal.
