The blurriness of the picture is probably on purpose, but that and harsh light and shadows in the corner make it a bit unappealling.

Hmmmm.....I'm guessing envy, maybe, because of the green, but what is all the black elastic cords all over her beautiful face about? I think the meaning must just be too heavy for me. If, indeed, you are portraying envy then I think had you left off the cords around her face it would be an excellent photo. If you weren't...well, then I really missed the whole thing.
