Intriguing. Its clear that we don't know everything that's going on here. In the reflection, you see her going ssshh with her left hand, but the real woman is holding something (razor?) with her left hand so it must be a different person, right? Or is something else going on here? The grain works for me, although I agree that it is a bit too smooth.

50 Mill City

The half torn down building is the old mill where the Mill City museum is now. It burnt down (exploded?) at one point, and they renovated the rest to build the museum. The Guthrie is the blue building on the left side. I'll upload a better picture of it and link to it here when I get a chance...

I believe this is a cormorant. We had one in our lake earlier this fall (in Minnesota) and I tried to get a few shots, but he was really shy and I couldn't get close enough. The light is really nice, too bad about the rock in the foreground.
