Really nice (if not dark) feeling to this. Compositionally, I think cropping out the sky at the top works a bit better and brings the focus onto the details in the city.

Firstly, a really interesting breakwall type thing - I've never seen something quite like that. Secondly, you have captured the quiet morning mood - I can hear the gentle white noise of the waves and almost hear the swimmer's routine. Thirdly, this is one of the few that seems to meet the challenge naturally.
