Front page IMHO, although I struggled a bit with the clarity of the boats and portions of their reflections in the water. I would have liked to see them a bit softer and have only the bird and its trail in the water kept sharp. Nevertheless, the uniqueness of this image among others in this challenge tipped the balance for me. Well done.

I love the focus and DoF in this image. This is a photo I cannot make here in Hawaii -- according to the state list of insects in Hawaii, ladybugs are not here. So I guess I'll have to be content looking at your fine image. Congrats on the ribbon.

Very well done. Like others, I am not a fan of the selective color. In this instance, though, it works better than most. Matrix is a perfect title for this image, too.
