Apocalypticaby cmtcComment: I voted this image a 5. Not that I find anything terribly wrong with it... I guess the only critique that I could give on your composition is the background on the left side. I think if it was completely blacked out, it would give more focus on the gas mask/arm/tatoo... as it is, my eyes sometimes wander to the left.
For me, it was the subject that failed to catch my interest. Which isnt to say that it is a bad image, because it isnt, just that with something as outside of the box as this, and as alternative as this, some voters just wont find it interesting, while others will really like it.

IVby LVicariComment: This one would have done really well too. It would be nice if we could enter more than one photo for a challenge.... you could gun for all the ribbons :D |

Summer Nights in Julyby jegerComment: Originally posted by jlanoue: Great... This was my pick for the blue. |
Any chance there will be a photo of you eating said footwear? :p Message edited by author 2009-03-02 19:42:39. |

Princessby mpetersComment: Such and incredible image, and fantastic sharpness, and thank you for posting how you did the sharpening. Ever since I read it a month ago, I have been using it for many of my images, and I am ecstatic with the results. |
