The cutest little thingby robincoxComment: Nice shot everything works here pretty well. You may have lost some detail in the highlites of the pooch but it's not life threatning to the shot. Composition is great the pooch is not too much in the center where he would command it but enough outside od it to play the rule of thirds. The colors are very rich and vibrant. Very nice shot congrats.

Only 999 to go...by WallitComment: Very creative, this is a nice shot. I like the composition and the placement of the oragami. There would be a hundred different placements but this one works well. The lighting is great I really like what you did here. The shadows are sharp in some points and soft in others. Your focus works well here also. Not too sharp and not too soft. Very nice shot. keep up the good work.

Golden Gooseby cogeroxComment: Well...3 things here Noise, Noise and more Noise. It doesn't help that there is impurities in the water to help magnify the noise. It really creates a distracting picture. You had the right idea don't get me wrong. Composition puts the bird in the strong middle of the shot. Tough to do unless there is something strong enough to place it dead center. The lighting is too harsh and caused blown highlites. You could have panned back a bit and cought the reflection of the bird and maybe had something. Sorry this shot doesn't do much for me. Keep trying though I've seen your other work and your very good. I was wondering why you didn't go for BW with this shot??? It would have done much better.

white chocolate panna cotta with poached caramalised pearby hotpastaComment: Very nice I like the way this was done. The soft pastels in the spoon add color and balance. By leaving the fruit out of focus and the pastel colors from the spoon it has kept the photo moving. It's almost as if it's distracting but I like the way it guides the eye around the table. Very well done congradulations. The focus is nice and crisp. It holds your subject up front very well. The lighting is great I would love to know what you shot it under. Did you use available light or did you create this? Excellent work.

Punica Granatumby amandapaige119Comment: Pretty basic snapshot looking photo. You have a chance at the composition but everything else is just there. No pop snap or eye grabbing focul point. It would have been a better pic if you lost all of the detail in the fruit and it went black. That would have added a bit of mystery and another strong color to the mix This is just My own opinion.

From the Dark to the Light With a New Bodyby ehomanComment: Not sure how this fits the sacred cat. It a damn ugly bug and you definately captured it. The colors are way over saturated. You went too far there. I may have pulled back quite a bit. Composition is fine as is the focus. It's just the saturation really blew this pick out of contention. Sorry
