No fair tugging on the parental strings...Very handsome. Beautiful colors and detail. The focus is lost on the hammock and should be on his eyes. The mountain in the back ground is very distracting. A better crop or angle would have helped. The lighting could be a lot better. A different angle or fill flash would have helped here also. Overall it's a nice shot. And by the way you did great capturing his "jowls"

Not sure how to critique a picture of a painting. It's a nice painting but the toe jamb kinda throws it off a bit. It's a "sorta of" creative shot. Just not too powerful. Better luck next time.

Nice creativity. Shows some thought and initiative. The colors are very warm and soft. The lighting is great it works well with the colors you chose. I would have nixed the masquere on her bottom eyelid to show off more of her brown eyes. The focus is great you captured her eyes and beautiful complextion. Composition is very nice nothing distracting or over powering except the subject. Congrats nice job.

You manages to capture a calm moment in what is usually hyper and crazy life. It's a great shot. Focus is great. You captured his eyes which are most important. The composition is great too. Everything seems to flow very nicely. Lighting is a bit odd. It looks a bit over exposed but now harm there it still looks like a decent shot.

It may fall short of a portrait but wow what a nice shot. The composition is great everything flows so nice here. My eyes flow nicely from one side to the other. The colors are awesome here. Their contrast here is amazing. The blues clash so nice with the yellows and the way the yellow transitions to her red lips carrying the blue from the sky was very well done. Focus is great. You seemed to pick up her eye and the spill in a way that really holds the shot together. Lighting could have been toned down just a bit. The left side could have been a bit darker. It looks almost to be blown out. But that doesn't hurt the photo at all. It's still a very impressive shot.

This shot falls more in to the snapshot catagory than portrait. To be a portrait we would need to see the "Person" more than the surroundings. It is an incredible tree and I can see why you tried to get the whole thing in the shot. It also looks like a pretty nice day.

Very nice shot. The focus here is excellent. It really captures her eyes and the rest of the shot is a nice soft texture. The composition is also excellent. Very nice crop. The lighting is perfect. The only flaw would be the white spot at the bottom of the photo. Just a bi9t sistracting but still a very nice photo.

Hi great idea and very creative. The left side of the shot is a bit too dark and over powering. The building in the background is a bit distracting. The composition is great as is the focus and DOF. Other than that is was a very nice attempt. I would go back and tryi this shot again. Maybe a different time of day would help.

The contrast is incredible but, some of the whites are a little blown out. Not too harmful though. The motion is great and I hope you thanked her. It really adds some depth to what may have been just an ok shot. Composition is really good. It's nice she didn't wind up dead center. Creativity is A+ it seems like a well thought out shot and not just a last minute attempt at a submission. Nicely done.
