although it probably was raining when you shot this, there is no rain present in the photograph. I am not voting lower for that though. This is a great capture of the weather but there just seems to be something missing. It needs punch. I would have straightened it also.

very cute! contrast seems a little too harsh-can't believe I am saying that because all of MY pictures are like that! I like the bright colors, but because of the contrast his legs and arms look too dark.

long exposure and rain in one! I like that you can SEE the rain comming down and the water splash from the truck but I don't find the background very appealing.

nice mood...love the red tricycle!! This looks like it was shot through a window? You can tell that it is raining but it looks a little too blurred.
