Solitaryby Keith ManiacComment: Very imaginative choice of subject. Good use of negative space to add a sense of isolation. |

Half Dome At Nightby TelehubbieComment: The relatively short exposure for this kind of shot has resulted in very short star trails, and could be mistaken by some as motion blur (which is obviously not the case because the rocks are nice and sharp). If possible, I would suggest either a longer exposure to make the star trails appear more deliberate or shorter to make them appear closer to points. Other than that, I really like the shot with a lovely 'National Geographic' feel to it. Well done. |

Summerby ergatesComment: Although I doubt that they are real, I love the colours in the sky. There appears to be some noise/banding in the top left - but this may simply be a camera issue at high iso settings. Good composition with the horizon at just the right leve for this image. |

looking at the moonby agfotoComment: Not sure about the border, but I like your use of negative space on to add dramatic impact. The wide aspect ratio works well and gives it a panoramic feel. The whisp of cloud prevents the image from becoming too stark. |

Praying For The Lightby VISUALperceptionComment: Good composition here. I find the shadow behind the girl a bit distracting, but that may have been an artistic decision on your part to have it included. It definitely adds to the light/dark duality present in the image. |

Pennyby sevensecondsComment: I'm afraid that I have a real problem trying to connect this image to the challenge description. The photo is interesting and engaging. It makes me want to see who the person is behind the flash. |

The Evil Eyeby ecdillonComment: Given your tiitle, I was surprised that there was so much more to the image when I scrolled down. You could have easily cropped out the bottom half of the image and it might have resulted in an even more haunting image. Still a lovely image either way though. |

Waiting for you...by DaMoNarchComment: The bright reflection on the snake's head distracts from what is otherwise a very good shot. Well done. |
