Very nice photo. I really like the way the road feels gritty, yet soft. The PP is really nice, except the 'halo' between the sky and the rest of the image. Be careful with your selection or the USM.

This is an interesting scene, and I like the direction you have taken the processing. Haven't tried it, but I wonder if getting closer to the fence to eliminate the brush from the foreground would help this image by simplification. You have a lot of open sky, and emptiness behind the house and the brush around it. I think having more emptiness in the foreground would keep the theme going, and the main area of interest would be focused on the house and surrounding brush. Just my thoughts. :-)

edit: I was also going to mention that you may want to bump contrast / do a bit of burning here and there as well.

Great shot! The detail and textures are just outstanding! perfect exposure and tack sharp as well. I really have nothing constructive to say on improvement. But, I'm glad I came browsing.

This is an interesting shot. The extremely bright moon could be toned down a bit, but the conflicting light sources add interest. I really like the way the moon's light comes off the water, and highlights the milky wash. You also have captured some nice texture in the wall. I would maybe clone out the bush that it just peeking out, but that's minor. Also, if the guy was turned just a bit this direction to get a little more profile (but still looking out) I think it would add to the image. I really like the mood of this shot.

I like the lighting/shadow play on the grass, and the lower leaves of the tree are nicely backlit. The evergreen makes for a nice backdrop as well. The very bright backlighting washing out the upper-left leaves and a few branches is a bit harsh. If you shot this in RAW, I wonder if you could convert a version with the exposure dropped and merge the two to gain some of the lost details in those areas as well as some color/texture to the sky. I also think you may be able to bring a bit more texture to the grass with careful (masked) sharpening. Overall, a nice shot with great colors. I would visit this again in the fall when the leaves are changing.

I get a feeling of conflict from the position of the two deer. The warm colors and mist really add a lot of feeling. Great isolation with all the brush around them.
