Forgive me, but I don't quite understand the illusion of this photo. I really like that abstract"ness" of it, though. I love the colors. It would also be a great picture to have more of the color fill the picture and at an angle. I'll be anxious to see how you did this after the challenge. 8

I have been getting real tired of chess piece pictures, but I like this one and the illusion. The lighting and muted colors are great. The only thing...would it have been possible to have the same effect, but get the checkered board lines even with the top of the picture? The angle is distracting to me. 9

I hope that people are taking time to look at this picture before voting. I have and I REALLY like it and the illusion. The bird is the kicker. Excellent photo and well done. The only thing that bothers me....I'd like to see the house to be level. A few degrees to the left ought to do it....9

Nicely done illusion. Good composition. Technically, the picture, I think could use a contrast boost and I feel that the dice (especially the 3's on top) could have been cleaned before being shot...or at least cleaned up in post-processing.

Interesting picture...looks like a subject sitting on a mirror. I'm sorry...I am not understanding the illusion completely. Lighting seems a bit harsh on the subject.

I will have to admit that it is hard to see from this angle which building they are working as I don't see any construction other than the cranes. The ship in the middle is interesting amongst the buildings. I assume there must be a water channel behind the building in the foreground, but it does seem out of place. Looks like a stormy day...not too crazy about the lighting because of that. Anyway, an interesting picture to look at and wonder what's going on.

I'm sorry...this picture is just not visually appealing to me. I see the mirrored objects, but I do not like how they are set up. The colors clash and the lack of focus is distracting.
