Twice in a row, pictures came up on the screen not having to do with dairy. I was beginning to wonder if I was voting in the right challenge. This picture is beautiful. The clouds in front of the sun and the bird are very pretty. Too bad the water was choppy so you could have gotten a nice reflection. Sadly, this picture is going to be hit hard in voting because of the lack of dairy. That is too bad because it is such a great capture and deserves more. I hope to see more of your work in other challenges.

A little too much abstract for my liking. Would have liked to see a little more focus on the globe to give it more meaning. As far as meeting the challenge subject, I think I would have to abstractly stretch my imagination to come up with an association to dairy in this picture.

Nice pose. Shouldn't a 4H cow on display have a bath? Anyway, good focus and IMO, meets challenge. Picture, I think, could use a little boost in contrast and the post on the left cropped out.

This picture is nicely done. I like the white background and desaturation. Good focus and detail. Sadly, I bet you are getting killed by stretching the theme of the challenge. Perhaps adding a little dog dish of milk would have helped. :-) 8

Loosing My Cool

The lighting is good in this picture and the drop is nice. However, the slight lean of the ice cream cone, the grainy red background, the lack of focus and the run of black down the cone makes for a very unappealing picture as a whole.

Excellent capture with good focus and lighting. The centered strawberry works well here. IMO, the milk could look a little whiter by getting rid of the slight yellow color cast. 9
