Failure to Landby svt_gEEkComment: Man, that's gonna suck, but it sure is good for clearing the sinuses. Great timing and great capture, but the tilt really bothers me. Its one of my biggest pet peeves. |

Failure of Jumpingby prettyflycheComment: That is exactly how I spent the day I tried snowboarding. The next day, I was back on sticks. Nice shot, but the feet and the board really need to be included. It looks like a snapshot that accidentally chopped them off as it is. |

Custer's Last Standby psquared40Comment: This one fits nicely into the challenge, but it looks like its tilted to the right 5 or 6 degrees. With the harsh lighting, you also lost some of the detail in the dark face of the statue. |

Have I Failed?by sciartapelloComment: You were off to a very powerful photograph here. My only real issue is that he is too centered. Moving him to the left onto the thirds line would have made this one much better. I like the shallow depth of field that isolated him nicely from the busy, successful background. Great sense of failure, but I'd like to see the composition out of center. |

F in Math.by likewh0aComment: Nice idea and good composition. I also like the depth of field that you produced. |

Our Failure To Mother Earthby treenodeComment: Powerful statement, but the background is a bit too hazy. Also, the sun's reflection is bordering on overexposure. I think that more emphasis on the factory in the distance would have been better. |

I lostby chugginrailComment: Just a bit too dark and noisy. A little neat image would have improved upon this image. Nice idea and well composed. |

Interrupted Cleavageby Bear_MusicComment: Great composition and near-flawless lighting. I do find the bright light at the bottom left of the squash-thingy a little distracting. This one fits into the challenge nicely. Nice image overall. |

Failure in a Grilby LupetteComment: Very nice selecting desaturation, but I really don't get a sense of failure. She looks like a beautiful girl with an entire future ahead. This one would have worked better with some tattered clothes and a dirty alley. It is a great image that is very, very well composed. It just doesn't hit me as a failure. It's more of a passing sadness. Still, a top quality image. |
