No, I disagree. If you look at the grass on all three panels, the levels are fine.

If the panel in question was underexposed, the surrounding grass would not be exposed equally as the other two panels.

These images were shot the same day, the same time, the same field, the same two teams, and edited in RAW the same way.

I guess you missed this little detail.
